The BLENDED project focuses on Urban Expansion monitoring for three European cities with the usage of time-series Multispectral and SAR data in a three-decade lifespan. Deep Learning Networks are deployed for time-series change detection analysis, while all platform data transfer and processes are implemented via a blockchain de-centralised manner.

HEAppE middleware solution:

• provides remote and interactive execution of Web Processing Services running in an HPC environment.
